Woven by the Beni Ouarain, a confederation of 17 Berber tribes living in the Middle Atlas Mountains of Morocco.  The ivory background with a distinctively archaic diamond design in espresso and abstract motifs in forest green, yellow, purple, blue and red.  Beni Ouarain carpets are prized by collectors and decorators for their mesmerizing geometric designs and shaggy pile.
