Finely woven after the classical Persian carpets of the 17th century, with a “Polonaise” design. A rich tobacco field with palmettes issuing interlaced arabesques, together with flowering and leafy vine surround a large vertical centerpiece.  Enclosed by guard borders of flowering meander and a primary border of alternating palmettes connected by detailed vine, all in variating colors of tobacco, pomegranate, olive, gold, ivory, pink, beige, camel, burgundy and mauve.
