Finely woven on a red background with an all over pattern stylised after classical Persian "Vase" carpets of the 16th and 17th centuries with enlarged "Shah Abbas" palmettes and polychrome bouquets with flowering vine and lattice.  Enclosed by multiple guard borders and a primary blue border with  angular flowering lattice, all in variating shades of red, blue, cognac, pea green, ivory, tan, beige, shrimp, light green, gold, rose and camel.
