Finely woven and cartooned after the classical Persian carpets of the 17th century, with a "Polonaise" design. The ivory background surrounds a palatial centerpiece with palmettes, interlaced arabesques and flowering vine. Enclosed by multiple guard borders and a primary blue border of reciprocal floral cartouches and connecting vine, all in variating colors of ivory, blue, grey, red, chocolate, gold, royal blue, tobacco, green, shrimp, indigo, espresso, olive, tan, coral and strawberry.
